Welcome to Cute On Call. By placing an order on cuteoncall.com you agree to the terms below.

Ordering & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Your payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Shipping

We ship across the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $35; orders under $35 ship at a $5 flat rate. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange of unused items in their original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@cuteoncall.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Discount codes

Promotional codes (e.g. CUTE15) apply per their stated terms: 15% off full-price items on a $35+ order, up to $10 maximum, excluding bundles and other automatic offers. One code per order.
