All items currently sold on Cute On Call are pre-orders from our first production run. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
These are pre-orders
Every product on cuteoncall.com is currently a pre-order. When you order, you are reserving your item(s) from our first production run.
When you’re charged
Your payment is processed in full at checkout to reserve your items. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
When your order ships
Pre-orders ship within 2–4 weeks of your order date. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If anything causes a delay beyond this window, we’ll email you with an updated timeline and your right to cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships — just email support@cuteoncall.com.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Once an order has shipped, standard returns apply: contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange of unused items in original condition.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@cuteoncall.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
Discount codes
Promotional codes (e.g. CUTE15) apply per their stated terms: 15% off full-price items on a $35+ order, up to $10 maximum, excluding bundles and other automatic offers. One code per order.
